For a good functioning of the club, the following conditions must be respected:

1.  The club provides it's members the necessary space for playing GO, games and clocks, books for study, qualified instructors for tutoring and training at any level;

2.  Club members are obliged  to have a civilized behavior, which must not affect the play and study conditions provided by the club;

3.  Club members are obliged not to deteriorate the club's equipment (GO games, clocks, books, electronic devices, etc...);

4.  Smoking is not allowed inside the club, except in the space assigned for smoking;

5. The Books from the club's library can be studied daily but will not be loaned;

6.  Club members are obliged to pay their fees regularly

Participation fees to the SAIJO club's activities:   (50% discount for students)  - 7 RON ( 70.000 RO) / day  - 25 RON ( 250.000 RO ) / 5 entrees - (can be used whenever the subscriber wishes)  - 35 RON (350.000 RO ) / month - (allows daily access to any club activity) (the first 3 visits to the club are free)

7.  The games will be played using the "handicap system" (when it is the case), the number of stones/handicap will be given according to the difference between the ranks of the players.
    The "SAIJO" handicap system is not obligatory, but we recommend its usage as much as possible. For this purpose, every club member will have a "score record" on which he will write down the results of his games played in this system.
